Biography

I've been a Family Historian since about 1988. I've been a Family History Center Librarian at an LDS church in Lynwood, WA; near Seattle. I attempted to obtain a certification in Genealogy/Family History at a course conducted at the University of Washington...

This class covered how to do all the things that most Genealogists are intended to do. It also covered understanding the social historical aspects of the respective times of our ancestors.

The professor of this class helped me to find my real father, after not seeing or hearing from him in nearly 40 years; I wrote a poem about this experience. This poem might convey why I chose, in the last week of class, to not complete on my thesis; nothing more needs to be said about that.
